I am looking for a dynamic leader to oversee key initiatives as my client transitions and establishes a best-in-class people operations framework. This pivotal role will involve implementing innovative systems, optimising work flows, and supporting the global teams.

Seeking an experienced professional with a passion for people operations and a proven ability to navigate complex transitions. Your expertise in systems implementation, compliance, and strategic planning will be instrumental in driving the success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transition Leadership: Spearhead the operational separation from the group by implementing and managing an Administrative Services Organisation and a comprehensive benefits program.
  • System Implementation: Oversee the setup of processes and data transfers for a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS) while enhancing systems and work flows.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Provide daily support for compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and timely reporting in collaboration with third-party providers.
  • Payroll & Compliance: Manage payroll, maintain compliance with state and federal labour laws, oversee leave administration, and handle immigration matters.
  • Strategic Bench marking: Evaluate and benchmark compensation and benefits plans, offering cost-effective, high-value options for our employees.
  • Vendor Management: Cultivate strong relationships with brokers and other third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and deliver exceptional support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to address operational challenges, audit human capital processes, and generate actionable insights for leadership.
  • Global Integration: Lead efforts to bring People Operations in-house.
  • Future Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term compensation and benefits strategies that align with organisational goals.
