Crone Corkill is excited to be working on a rare opportunity at an award-winning specialist law firm who are seeking a Practice Manager to join their London Team on a full time basis with hybrid working of 2 days + WFH. This is very varied role offering the chance to partner with senior stakeholders across their global offices, facilitating events, managing the day-to-day HR & Compliance function whilst having a key voice in the business development side of the firms projects. Offering a modern and dynamic culture the firm look after their staff and offer flexibility that reflects this.

This role will see you support Senior Fee Earners whilst also managing a small team of office support staff. Your Core duties will include:

  • Overseeing day to day operations of the Front office team
  • Partnering with the senior leadership team to facilitate marketing & business development initiatives,pitches, presentations & events
  • Working with senior leadership to maintain internal policies & procedures
  • Managing brand across company website & social media platforms
  • Monitoring and updating files in line with regulatory & compliance requirements such as SRA, Insurance renewals and completing
  • Offering overflow PA support where needed
  • Supervising a hardworking team of administration staff, with regular check in meetings & ensuring positive employee experience
  • Overseeing the entire employee life cycle and supporting the Head of HR with escalated HR matters

About You


You are a passionate Practice Manager or Coordinator who is looking to join a well-established firm with a modern & flexible approach.

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the Corporate sector is essential to succeed
  • A strong understanding Legal Compliance is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to reprioritize
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a HR focused role is essential
  • A confident & resilient nature who is well versed in problem solving and managing expectations
  • A strong EQ with a passion for leading a team
