Role: Internal Recruiter
Employer: Private Family Office
Role Location: West End, London
Salary: £35,000 plus brilliant benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
Remote working: 3 days office based, 2 remote based
This is such an exciting opportunity, working for a private family office, based in the West End. The team are incredibly welcoming and supportive. This role sits in the HR team, reporting into their Head of HR.
Key duties would involve:
- Meeting with external agencies to brief on roles within the private office
- Speaking with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to advertise roles
- Review CVs and shortlist for all internal vacancies
- Arrange first stage interviews, and sit in on all interviews, alongside the relevant hiring manager
- Manage all paperwork for candidate onboarding, and pass to their HR team, once hired
Our client are seeking a very proactive individual, who has experience working within recruitment previously.
