The Firm

Due to internal promotions we are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join the Private Client Services team in the Family department of a national law firm. This role is focused on project management and regular client interaction across various projects for our esteemed Private clients.

This is a very varied role but your core responsibilities will include:

  • Project coordination: Liaising with professional advisors and acting as a representative for clients.
  • Company Secretarial duties including completion of Companies House forms and filings, updating
    statutory books and drafting resolutions, meeting minutes and other relevant documents
  • Banking support: Assisting with the setup and management of client bank accounts.
  • Financial administration: Handling administrative tasks related to client finances.
  • Compliance management: Overseeing KYC procedures and ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Document organization: Managing electronic records efficiently.
  • Serving as a key point of contact for clients, managing projects, and handling specific tasks.
  • Contributing to business development efforts.
  • Working closely with senior leadership to balance workload and meet deadlines.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, attending relevant training, and participating in professional events.


About You
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently. We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in a paralegal or client support role (preferably within private client services) or within a family office.
  • A proven history of providing excellent client service and managing direct client relationships.
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured and efficient manner.
  • A self-motivated and analytic approach, with the confidence to take initiative.
  • Strong numeracy skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a structured approach to work.
  • The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure, while bringing creative problem-solving to challenges.
