About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive EA and Operations Manager to support the Directors in overseeing business development, managing client and candidate interactions, and ensuring the smooth execution of assignments. This role also contributes to the broader EA team and helps maintain efficient office operations. With responsibilities spanning executive search and administrative functions, this position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and versatile professional.

What You’ll Be Doing

Team & Office Support:

Ensuring a well-organised and professional office environment by overseeing logistics, maintaining supplies, and managing first-line tech support while coordinating with external IT suppliers. Assisting with event coordination and internal meetings, including minute-taking. Providing administrative support, compiling reports, and managing job board postings and social media updates.

Executive Search & Administrative Support:

Providing direct support to Directors while ensuring seamless administrative processes and operational efficiency. Overseeing complex diary management, coordinating meetings and interviews, and serving as the primary point of contact for correspondence. Managing email inboxes, formatting documents, and preparing reports. Maintaining databases, organising filing systems, and tracking expenses.

About You

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organised, and excels in a fast-paced environment. They should have proven experience as a PA or EA, preferably in a sales or executive search setting. Strong communication skills, discretion, and reliability are crucial, along with proficiency in standard software and the ability to learn CRM systems. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service while maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor.
