- As their Customer Retention Specialist, you will manage client relationships throughout the contract life-cycle ensuring timely renewals.
- You will work closely with the sales team to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
Experience required?
- Proven experience of renewals or account management
- Software sales experience; SaaS or subscription sales
- Experience of using Salesforce CRM
