This prestigious role is designed for a highly organised and discreet individual who can handle a wide range of responsibilities, from personal management to executive coordination.

  • Comprehensive Support: Provide high-level administrative and personal support, including managing schedules, coordinating events, and handling communications.
  • Project Management: Oversee and execute various personal and professional projects, ensuring timely and effective completion.
  • Liaison Duties: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and their business associates, family, and staff.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and handling of sensitive information.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage complex travel itineraries and accommodations, including international travel.
  • Assisting with philanthropic interests.
  • Organising private jets, yachts etc.
  • International house management.

What you will need:

Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities, multitasking skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Personal Traits: Discreet, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
