In this role, you will assist with diverse tasks, monitor project progress, coordinate team efforts, and ensure deadlines and operational processes are managed efficiently and effectively.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate closely with management to assist with a range of administrative tasks as needed.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are achieved, and coordinate team activities.
  • Attend meetings and Zoom calls as required, document detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to keep teams aligned.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups after meetings and discussions with clients, suppliers, or partners, leveraging strong time management and organisational skills to ensure no opportunities are missed.
  • Facilitate the smooth operation of office activities, ensuring proposals and offers are sent out punctually, deadlines are met, and opportunities are tracked to avoid delays.
  • Collaborate with the accountant to ensure timely payments, follow up on unpaid invoices, and provide regular financial status reports to management.
  • Represent the company professionally in all meetings and communications, ensuring clear and consistent alignment among team members.
