Ailsa has been Head of Marketing and Communications at RGF Staffing UK since September 2021 and is responsible for the branding and communications at RGF Staffing, Certain Advantage and Crone Corkill – including the website you’re reading right now. It’s her team’s job to make sure both clients and candidates know who we are, what we do, why we do it, and why they should work with us.
She has nearly 20 years’ experience in marketing, with a particular focus on digital channels, lead generation and developing high-performing teams. Her industry experience is broad, covering B2C marketing in automotive and retail and B2B marketing in Health & Safety, HR and Commercial Facilities. She is adept at understanding the customer and ensuring the product, service and delivery of marketing messages are aligned.
In her spare time, Ailsa enjoys spending time with her family, hitting the gym, and being terrified of heights. On her first day, she had to join the other managers and abseil off a bridge in the middle of nowhere – not her finest moment.
