I’m a Resourcer for the Crone Corkill Business Support team.
If you’re looking for your dream job, I’ll be your first point of contact. My job is to review all our CVS and applications and help the recruiters find the best fit for their new vacancies.
Recruitment runs in the family for me – my grandmother also worked in the industry.
I’m mainly involved in sourcing candidates for EA, PA and Office roles, both for temporary and permanent positions, though I do help across our Professional Services team (HR, Marketing and Accounting & Finance)
What do I love most about my job? The diversity. Some days, I’m arranging interviews or market research. Some days I’m getting creative, producing content for our TikTok channel.
I love meeting people, and I love them seeing my human side
To develop a profile, I need to understand the real ‘you’, so I always approach with the real ‘me’.
This is my first role in recruitment, and I love it. I can’t imagine working anywhere else.
