Jamie joined the RGF Staffing (parent company of Crone Corkill) family in early 2023 as Head of People and Culture. He’s tasked with developing our people strategy; including our Learning and Development programme, Colleague Engagement, well-being, EDI and Employee relations. Supported by the wider team, he’s got a wide and varied remit which he is attacking with gusto.
Jamie’s career in HR came after several years working in operations – meaning he has a unique perspective on how to practically implement change and business improvement in a way that engages everyone on the journey.
He has also achieved his Level 7 Qualification and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD
He’s confessed to being petrified of heights but we’re not sure if we believe him as we’ve also heard his stories of hot air balloon rides, standing on a clear observation deck 100 stories up and being on the UK’s highest cable car!
