Crone Corkill is working on a rare opportunity for an experience Commercial Property Solicitor to join an award winning firm in central London.
The firm is renowned for their expert knowledge across multiple areas of Law however their property practice is a growing success leading to this growth role. The firm offers a social and supportive culture, a market-leading bonus structure, and strong tenure with many staff members there for over 10 years.

You will join a newly appointed team and play an integral part in growing the practice across commercial property matters:

• Offer tailored legal advice on complex property transactions across freehold acquisitions and disposals, leasehold assignments, and refinancing
• Maintaining a loyal client base ranging from developers, investors through to landlords
• Managing your own caseload and actively developing new business relationships with local agents and referrers
• Play an active role in new business development initiatives
• Playing an active role within the team, including mentoring trainees and paralegals
• Adhering to SRA principles and professional conduct rules
• Ensuring compliance with risk management policies and procedures

About You

• A minimum of 5 years’ PQE within commercial property law.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and administrative skills.
• An unwavering high quality approach to client- care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• The ability to multitask, handle time-sensitive documents, and take responsibility for delegated tasks.
• An eagerness to manage and develop a team, offering guidance to junior team members
• Self starter with a passion for new business development
