The Firm
Crone Corkill is working with a national law firm who are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their vibrant & passionate team in their central London office on a permanent hybrid basis.
You will join a well-established business that is well-known for its expertise across all residential and real estate matters, Wills & Estates, Power of Attorney and Enfranchisement matters.

The Role
With a diverse caseload you will join an expert team with a focus on the below duties:

  • Manage a caseload of 60 to 70 files across residential conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages, and new-build transactions.
  • Handle a transaction process from formal quote to post-completion, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Liaise professionally and effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct title checks, searches, and contract drafting, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Working collaboratively within internal teams such as the business development and post completion teams as well as dedicated Paralegal support
  • Overseeing support staff and delegating tasks

About You
You have 3 years experience in a busy conveyancing practice and are looking to join a larger team or develop your exposure across new & exciting projects at a highly successful firm.

  • Minimum 2 years managing a busy residential property portfolio
  • Tech Savvy
  • Proven knowledge & expertise in new builds & shared ownership
  • Previous use of Visual Files is beneficial
  • Laser attention to detail & compliance
  • Relevant Conveyancing qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
