Crone Corkill is working with a well-established law firm who are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their friendly & supportive team in their Colchester office.

The Role
- Manage a caseload of up 50 active files across residential conveyancing matters, predominantly new build transactions.
- Running files from initial instruction to completion, dealing with any related sales where required.
- Liasing with initial enquiries from developers
- Setting up site packs, reporting back to stakeholders on any changes
- Liaise professionally and effectively with developers, solicitors and other stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team that celebrate each others successes
- Overseeing support staff and delegating tasks
About You
You have atleast 2 years of a busy conveyancing practice and are looking to join a close knit supportive team. If you have support staff looking to move this can also be supported!
- Confident & friendly attitude that enjoys working in a team
- Proven knowledge & expertise in new builds & plot sales
- Laser attention to detail & compliance
- Relevant conveyancing qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
