Corporate Receptionist
Paying £32,000 plus benefits
8:30 am – 5:30 pm each day in office
The Company
An established national Accounting firm based in the City, is searching for a Corporate Receptionist to join their front office team on a permanent basis.
This is a super friendly, welcoming company who really values its staff which is evident in the long tenure of their support staff.
The Role
You will be the face of the company and the ‘go to person’ for a team, for supporting visitors whilst offering overflow secretarial support.
Main duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Managing the allocation of six meeting rooms and organizing refreshments
- Answering and triaging calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Audio and copying typing – preparing letters, emails, memos
- Diary management
- Arranging travel for visitors & staff
- Producing client bills
- Liaising with building management
- Onboarding new clients and background checks
About You

- 2 years + Front Office experience in Professional Services
- You are an outgoing people person with a clear sense of professional boundaries and adaptable communication
- Team player and proactive with daily tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
