About the Role:
A leading private investment firm with over $4 billion in assets under management is looking for a highly professional Executive Assistant to support senior Partners. This 12-month maternity cover position is based in the firm’s London office and reports directly to the CFO/COO.

This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and discreet environment. You’ll be at the centre of the firm’s operations, supporting key decision-makers and leading a small admin team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support and manage busy diaries
  • Organise international travel and itineraries across Europe
  • Supervise Team Assistants and Receptionist; coordinate with EA to the Managing Partner
  • Format documents, prepare presentations, and draft correspondence
  • Organise meetings and committees; take and distribute accurate minutes
  • Process expense claims and manage third-party relationships
  • Assist with IT coordination, liaising with external tech support
  • Maintain compliance training records and internal admin systems
  • Support Investor Relations with travel, CRM updates, AGMs & fundraising
  • Step in to cover admin team absences when needed

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or similar)
  • Experience in a similar EA role, preferably within financial services
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Emotional intelligence and sound judgement
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and tech systems
  • Adaptable and service-oriented, with a “can-do” mindset
