Are you ready to step into a dynamic role offering Personal Assistance for our client within the Insurance industry? We’re searching for a dedicated individual with impeccable organisational skills, experience working in a fast – paced environment and a proactive approach. In this position, you’ll be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support.

What you will do:

As our clients new Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for the team you will be supporting.
  • Booking and arranging travel.
  • Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Diary management.
  • Taking minutes.
  • Managing databases.
  • Meeting organisations.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures.

What you will need:

Our client is looking for a friendly, outgoing personality adept at working in a fast-paced environment. You will be demonstrating meticulous organisation and attention to detail while maintaining great time management and prioritisation.
