Your Key Responsibilities:

Our client, a prominent UHNWI with a refined lifestyle and a busy calendar of high-profile engagements, is looking for a resourceful and highly discreet professional to manage and streamline their affairs. As a Private Chief of Staff / Personal Assistant, you will:

  • Provide Comprehensive Support: Handle executive and personal tasks, including calendar management, event planning, and correspondence.
  • Lead Projects: Manage and execute personal and professional projects with precision and timeliness.
  • Act as a Liaison: Serve as the key communication link between the client and their family, business associates, and staff.
  • Ensure Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
  • Coordinate Global Travel: Organise and oversee intricate travel arrangements, including international trips.
  • Support Philanthropic Endeavours: Assist in managing charitable initiatives and events.
  • Arrange Luxury Services: Organise private jets, yachts, and other high-end services as needed.
  • Oversee International Properties: Manage household operations across multiple global residences.
