Recruitment Operations Support

About the Role

Our client is looking for a resilient and proactive Recruitment Operations Support professional to help drive smooth day-to-day operations across HR, IT, office management, compliance, and internal communications. This role requires someone with a thick skin, a can-do attitude, and the ability to handle challenging situations and personalities without taking things personally. You will be the first point of contact for IT and facilities-related queries, support onboarding and training, and maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is always ready to jump in where needed.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & HR Support

  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including IT setup, New Starter Packs, and CRM training.
  • Co-manage the HR portal, overseeing recruitment documentation and leave tracking.
  • Help create a welcoming and energetic office atmosphere.

IT & Systems Support

  • Work with IT providers to troubleshoot technical issues and support remote working solutions.
  • Oversee hardware procurement and upgrades, ensuring seamless IT operations.
  • Manage the starter/leaver process, ensuring all system integrations are in place.
  • Provide first-line technical support before escalating issues.
  • Maintain company-wide email groups and system links.
  • Oversee the company intranet (SharePoint) to improve internal communication.

Compliance & Data Integrity

  • Run GDPR reports, resolve coding issues, and manage permission requests.
  • Upload candidate registration forms and conduct regular compliance audits.
  • Assist the contracts team with ensuring candidate compliance with framework standards.
  • Prior experience in compliance would be a strong advantage.

Office & Facilities Management

  • Oversee office procurement, including supplies, catering, and maintenance.
  • Manage the company switchboard and front-of-house services.
  • Assist in organising internal events and company meetings.
  • Be ready to step in wherever needed-this is an all-hands-on-deck role!

Who You Are

  • Resilient and adaptable, able to handle difficult personalities and fast-changing priorities.
  • A problem-solver with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in IT troubleshooting and CRM management.
  • Knowledgeable in GDPR and compliance regulations (or eager to learn).
  • Energetic and approachable, helping set the tone for a positive office environment.
  • Comfortable taking on new challenges beyond your job description when needed.

Why Join Us?

  • Play a key role in a dynamic and collaborative internal operations team.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
  • Gain hands-on experience across HR, IT, and compliance functions.
  • Be part of a team that values initiative, resilience, and a great office atmosphere.
  • Opportunities for career growth and skill development.
  • 4 days in office – New offices near Oxford Circus
  • Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 DOE
