Sales Manager – Creative Media
Location: Farringdon, London
Hours: Full-time, office-based | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary: £45,000 base | OTE £150,000+ (uncapped commission)

We’re hiring on behalf of a globally recognised creative content production company that partners with some of the world’s most iconic brands. As Sales Manager, you’ll lead and grow a high-performing onsite B2B sales team, driving revenue through powerful branded media and content campaigns.
What you will do:
You’ll play a hands-on leadership role, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating high-value deals (£40k+), and coaching your team to exceed targets. You’ll bring energy, ambition, and strategic insight to help scale what is already the fastest-growing video publishing company in the world.
What You’ll Bring:
You’ll have a proven track record in sales leadership within fast-paced sectors – ideally within media or creative industries, but they are also open to exceptional candidates from other high-performance, target-driven environments. You’ll be comfortable selling to C-suite stakeholders, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term commercial partnerships.
