Description of role:

You’ll collaborate with teams across the organisation, spearhead strategic projects from conception to execution, and manage relationships with external assessment vendors. Your responsibilities will also include analysing both quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities for process enhancement and recommend strategies for improvement.

This role is based in New York. Looking for those that work within a Hedge Fund. Would consider someone from a FinTec company or a Law practise.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A bachelor’s degree, along with three to five years of experience in cross-functional roles, and a demonstrated track record of professional success, are required.
  • Strong project management skills are essential, including the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional written communication and analytical skills, sound judgement, and the ability to foresee potential challenges are crucial for success in this position.
  • The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has a client-service mindset. A proven ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders is key.
  • While experience in HR, talent management, or an advanced degree in human capital fields is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000. In addition, the firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
