We’re looking for an ambitious Team Assistant for one of our financial services clients.

This is a great opportunity to join the Business Development & Operations departments of an investment firm.

If you have some administrative experience previously, this is your new role.

This job is with a well-known private investment office in London.

This is a busy and varied role where attention to detail is a must-have.

This is a junior role within their team, with long-term progression opportunities.

What you’ll be doing.

The role is working as a Team Assistant supporting two Partners (Partner, COO and Compliance Officer, and Partner, Head of Client Development) plus their respective teams.

Key responsibilities will involve:

  • Manage busy diaries, organisation of internal/external meetings
  • Create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
  • Organise business travel including flights, hotels, transfers and visas
  • Preparation and submission of Partner expenses
  • Act as a gate keeper to ensure the Partners time is used efficiently
  • Liaise with Client representatives and their offices
  • Working with Compliance on several tasks such as chasing outstanding items, updating records and trackers, summarising key updates and performing screening activities
  • Processing of invoices in a timely manner
  • Manage holiday chart and ensure holidays go into the relevant calendars.

What you’ll need.

  • Can do attitude
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Unflappable nature and a positive outlook
  • Flexible attitude and a willingness to muck in and support the wider team
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and discretion at all levels
  • Good MS Office skills

You’ll be a brilliant communicator with great organisational skills. And experience in the finance industry will be a bonus.
